BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT

Respect our staff and customers. We will not tolerate abusive behaviour. We reserve the right to contact our security partners, police or legal team and persue futher action based on your behaviour & conduct.

PAYMENTS & PRICING

It is entirely your responsibility to check the prices of gaming, entry and services, and how we charge for our services. This information can be found at reception and online. If in doubt, ask a member of staff to explain further before playing.

DON'T DAMAGE THE CLOTH

Be careful with our cloths, do not stab your cue down into the cloth or deliberately make marks. don't sit on the tables, do not put drinks on game tables. We reserve the right to charge damage fees to cover the cost of repairs. Staff may caution you if they witness any risky behaviour, solely to protect to equipment.

DON'T BRING FOOD OR DRINK IN

Please do not bring your own food or drink into the club. This includes flasks and gym bottles & you will be asked to leave it at reception . If you bring hot food or alcohol into the club, you will be asked to leave.



 ANTI-DRUGS POLICY

We have a zero tolerance for drug taking on the premises. If caught we will ban you from the club, revoke your membership, and contact the police. If we suspect you may be under the influence of drugs, you will be refused service.



RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we deem disrespectful, abusive or under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.



MEMBERSHIP TERMINATIONS

We reserve the right to cancel, change or modfiy your membership at any time. If you breach the club rules we reserve the right to cancel your membership and no refund will be given.





AGE LIMITS

Children are welcome in the club, but under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Under 18s can stay in the venue until 9pm.





GAMBLING

We do not endorse gambling on skill based games like snooker, pool or darts, we will never collect, handle or profit from any private bets. If you decide to play a friend for a wager on a skill based game, then this bet is private and Hazel Grove Snooker Club Ltd is not in any way party to such bet.
