We cater for parties up to 60 people. If your party is bigger than this, email the boss at dino@hazelgrovesnooker.com to chat about it.

Parties for under 18s must have adults supervising. Under 18s must leave the venue by 9pm, so please bear this in mind when planning your party.

Yes we do. You can either pre-order from the standard menu or order party platters for more casual grazing.

For large parties would would need a pre-oder on regular menu orders so we can ensure we have the stock in place.

For pre-order party platters, these start at £5.50 per head for a minimum of 12 people. These sharing platters include chicken bites, southern fried chicken strips, loads of chips, sausages, onion rings & a mix of dips.

We can set up PRE-PAID bar tabs for your party. 

For example, you can pay whatever you want at the start to set up the tab, ie £100. We will deduct from this amount as your party orders dirnks and we let you know when it runs out or needs topping up.

We can provide coloured wristbands for your party for easy tab identification for our staff.

We offer a 50% discount on our entry fees for party guests for large parties over 20 people.

Depending on the size of your party we may need either a deposit or a full pre-payement.

In most cases we can accept a 10% non-refundable deposit,  with the remaining balance to be paid on arrival.

Yes of course, thats no problem, just coorindate that with us. We advise to do this just before your party starts so the displays dont get damaged by other customers hiring the space before your party. 

Yes of course! You are welcome to bring cake for your party, just dont forget paper plates and candles! 

(we can only accept normal candles, we cannot ignite firework sparkler style candles due to our fire alarm system)

We can slice the cake into sections for you in our kitchen, but for health and safety reasons we are unable to give you the knife. We will take it to the kitchen and make the cuts you want.
