Membership Auto Renewals


Auto-Renewal Option:

  • When purchasing your club membership online via "Join It" software, you have the option to enable annual Auto-Renewal.
  • You can disable the Auto-Renewal feature at any time through your account settings.


Payment Details:

  • Payments for membership renewals may appear on your bank statement as either "SNOOKER SHOP" or "HG SNOOKER."
  • It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for the renewal payment.


Renewal Notifications:

  • You will receive reminder emails prior to the renewal of your membership.
  • These emails will include information about the upcoming renewal date and payment amount.


Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • If your membership auto-renews and you wish to cancel, you have a 30-day grace period to contact us for a cancellation and refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to bookings@hazelgrovesnooker.com within the 30-day period following the renewal.
  • No refunds will be issued after the 30-day grace period has expired.


Changes to Terms:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website.

Shop Returns policy

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all items except custom-made cues. If you are not happy with a product, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or a refund. Please read our Returns Policy before placing your order.



Return duration & Product condition

For a valid replacement or refund, we will check to make sure that the product is unused and in its original packaging. Cue tipsmust not have been chalked and should not show any signs of use at all. We request you to return the item(s) in secure packaging to prevent damage in transit, otherwise we may not accept it. It is up to the buyer to ensure that the returned item reaches us.



Return Delivery Options

  • You Post, We Refund the Cost. We will refund you for the return postage once we receive the item. You must send us a photo of the receipt and we will then issue a refund of the postage costs.
  • You drop off at the snooker club. If you live locally you are welcome to drop off the item at the snooker club. In many cases we will be able to issue the refund immediately in your presence.



Damaged or Faulty items

  1. In case of damaged or faulty items we may offer a product replacement or refund based on following processYou should contact us to report a damage or fault.
  2. We may require you to email us a picture of the damage/fault.
  3. We may request you to return us the faulty item.
  4. Kindly do not return us a faulty item unless we request you to do so.
  5. We will refund any P&P costs incurred on all returned items which are accepted as damaged/faulty from our end.



International returns

All our international customers are required to bear the cost of the return postage.
