Fulfilment & Delivery Times

For all orders that the payment has been cleared before 12:00 pm, we try our very best to dispatch the order on the same Working Day. Otherwise, the order will be dispatched the next working day.

Our estimated delivery times for Standard Delivery is 3 to 4 days from dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is calculated based on weight and dimensions of the items. During the checkout process you will be offered the chance to select your delivery method. For heavy or large items you will have two options, these are delivery with Hermes Couriers, or click and collect.

For smaller and lighter items, such as tips, chalk and accessories, you will have the option to have the items delivered using Royal Mail too. We reserve the right to change the delivery method regardless of your selection, in the event that the item is not accepted at the post office for the selected type of postage.

For example, if an item has been selected for Royal Mail 1st Class, but the post office requires us to send via Parcel Force instead. We will bear the burden of any additional postage costs if this happens.

We reserve the right to select the courier, as we may also use UPS, DPD or other services.

We will always send cues and cases with a tracking code, which we will provide to you by email. Smaller items that are ordered on their own, and fit into small packets may be sent via Royal Mail on a non-trackable service.

Where do we ship to?

Currently we only ship to mainland UK

Click and Collect

You have the choice to visit the snooker club in person and collect your items. You will be presented with this option at checkout. There is no fee for this, and will avoid any postage charges. Upon completion of your order, we will prepare the stock for collection and will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for collection.

Due to the current COVID lockdown the club is closed but we will still we will operate a contactless collections. This is how it works:

1. We arrange collection time and date
2. You park directly outside the snooker club entrance and wait in your car
3. We will provide you will a phone number to call when you arrive
4. We will bring your items and place them in the boot of your car
5. We will be wearing masks, we kindly ask that you do the same for us

When lockdown ends and the snooker club re-opens you will be able to enter the club instead.
