BAR DUTIES

• Serving on the bar
• Taking payments
• Taking orders over intercom
• Taking drink/food orders down to snooker tables

RECEPTION DUTIES

• Greeting guests and members
• Placing customers onto snooker/pool tables
• Handling payments
• Enrolling members and Inputting membership data into CRM
• Adding bookings into booking system

KITCHEN DUTIES

• Short order cooking such as chips, nuggets, and burgers
• Full training will be provided
• We will pay for you to complete a Food Hygiene Training course

THIS IS NON-ESSENTIAL, BUT IF YOU ARE WILLING TO LEARN WE ARE HAPPY TO TEACH.

CLEANING DUTIES

• Collect glassware and plates
• Loading glass wash machine
• Wash plates and cutlery
• Keep venue clean and tidy
• End of shift clean down
• Cleaning tables after each use, and snooker equipment with Anti Viral cleaner.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous bar/pub/restaurant experience is desirable
• Friendly and polite
• Superb customer service skills
• Basic maths skills & experience in handling cash.
• Punctual and reliable
• Must be able to easily travel to and from work
